Debtor Form

DEBTOR FORM

The DEBTOR FORM is where data on each account can be viewed. Account # Enter the account number to search for and press enter the information for the account will then be displayed in the form.

Notes

Double click inside this box and a smaller box will appear for you to enter new notes for this account.

Payment

This tab will display all the payments posted for this account. The payment form button will load the Payment form with payment history and ready to accept payment.

Contact

This tab is for entering reminders and/or promises. Select one of the task on the reminder side (call, letter, fax, email, review) , type in the id code of the officer that will be carrying out the task, enter the date this should be done, add a comment if needed then click submit. When the date that was typed in arrives the person whose id is typed in the officer field will see this reminder.

SMS

Click on this button and a window to send SMS will show up. You can send messages immediately or schedule for a later date.

Promise

Use this section to enter promises that this debtor has made, enter the date of the promise, the amount promised and a comment if needed. Cosign/Reference Here hold information for the debtor's reference, next of kin and guarantor Other Information Additional information for the debtor. Original account number, original institution and bank branch.

Attachment

Here you can attach any document pertaining to the account
Attachments
.To add an attachment click get file a dialog window will open you navigate to the file, select it then click open. The file will then be attached to the account.

Group

This tab shows all the accounts that are grouped with this account. You can also edit the group, by adding
Group

or removing a member. A group can also be created here by clicking on the create group button.

Financial Information

To be able to edit the financial information double click on the owing field this will bring up the financial information for the account that you can edit if you are given the access.
