Import Maps
Accounts can be imported into ConColl from a spreadsheet in a particular format. Enter the client number the default information for that client will be uploaded to be placed on each of the accounts.
Advance Import
This is for importing information (the name of the sheet must be "new accounts") The system will auto generate the account number based on the number placed in the client last account number. The program will also check if each column is in the right place. If there is no information for column that column must remain in its place.

Import Relations
The name of the sheet must be 'Relations'

Research
When this box is checked the system will check if the same name,phone number and similar last name is already in the system and compile a list if found.
Auto Mapping
If this is checked the system will try to group accounts that are the same person
Delete Import
If something goes wrong with an import it can be deleted by clicking the Delete import button then enter the import id in the dialog box. You can then correct the format or data and import again.
Import Payments
To import payments on the menu, click tools, import then import payments. If the account number from the client is to be used, then choose Original account number from the drop down box. The name of the sheet must be data
This is the format of the spreadsheet or CSV file.

Imported payments can be deleted, by using the payment import id. Click on the button Delete imported Payments, then enter the import id.
If there is no date for posted date then the date at the time of import will be used.
If the payment date has no date, then the payment will be imported without a date
Import Updates
This is used to update information in the system. Click tools,import then import update. First enter the client number this will load any default information that might be needed, click on the drop down box labeled using and select the account number to be used to update the accounts (original or own), next click get file and navigate to where the spreadsheet is and open it.
Main Data
Click on the tab main data then choose the fields you want to update.
The first column in the spreadsheet should be the account number and the layout of the other column should match your selection

If you only want to update a single field, then check the box "Update single field". after selecting the fields you want to update, click the update button.
Relations
Click on the relations tab and select the field you want to update, Then click update button.
